Appeals

If your account has been suspended or banned, you have the right to appeal the decision. To initiate an appeal, please submit a formal request to aiden5488@gmail.com within 30 days of the suspension or ban. Your appeal request should include:

  • Your username and email address associated with your HypeBlu account.

  • A brief explanation of why you believe your account was suspended or banned in error.

  • Any evidence or information that supports your claim, such as screenshots or links.

  • A detailed description of the steps you have taken to rectify the situation and prevent future violations.

Once your appeal is received, it will be reviewed by the HypeBlu Support Team, who will then reach out to you with a decision within 14 business days.

14.2 Appeal of Term Specifics

If you disagree with any specific clause or term within the HypeBlu Terms of Service, you may submit a formal appeal to aiden5488@gmail.com. Please outline the specific provisions you find objectionable and provide a detailed explanation of your reasoning. Additionally, propose alternative wording or amendments that address your concerns while maintaining the core values of the platform.

Appeals regarding the Terms of Service will be reviewed by the HypeBlu Team, who may choose to initiate a dialogue with you to understand your perspective further. They will then issue a final decision within 30 business days.

14.3 General Appeals

For any other issues or concerns related to your HypeBlu account or the platform in general, you can submit a request here. Our support team will be happy to assist you and address your concerns to the best of their ability.

Please note that all appeals are subject to review and final decision by the HypeBlu team. We reserve the right to deny any appeal that we deem frivolous or without merit.

What kind of content is allowed?

You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or share on HypeBlu ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to User Content and that you will not post any content that:

  • is infringing, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful;

  • encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability;

  • violates the privacy rights of others;

  • contains hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability;

  • contains profanity, sexual material, etc;

  • contains viruses or other malicious code; or

  • is commercially or otherwise objectionable.

Fox Studios - Scratch™ reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

If you don't know if the content you want to post abides by our guidelines, its probably not supposed to be here. You can always feel free to ask a staff member, though!

I forgot/want to chance my login information, or my email. What can I do?

Here at HypeBlu, we make sure our utmost priority is the safety & security of our site members. Below are things that you can do, if you happen to be in a pickle with your account.

I forgot my password!

If you forget your password, there are several things that you can do.
 

1. "Forgot Password" Button

​

To get to the "Forgot Password" button, you need to go over to our login page, and click "Login with Email". There, you will see a button that says "Forgot Password?". Click it. Once you click it it will redirect you to a page to reset your password via email.

2. Email Support

​

To get support via email, you need to email aiden5488@gmail.com or support@foxstudiosscratch.xyz with the following information:
 

- HypeBlu Username

- Email Address

- Any screenshots confirming that you own the account

- Anything else that may help us in recovering your account
